Hotel Paradise Beach Residence combines tradition and prestige with hospitality and attention to the modern traveler. Important: The first meal during your stay with us is lunch on the day of arrival, and the last is breakfast on the day of departure. Upon check-in, each guest must provide a credit or debit card, from which a deposit of 40 euros per room will be charged/authorized.

Meals:

• 07:30 – 10:00 – Breakfast – Main Restaurant “Eden” on the 8th floor

• 10:00 – 12:30 and 14:30 – 18:00 – Late breakfast and snacks at Night Bar “Joy” on the 7th floor (sandwiches, sweets, pancakes, fruits, etc.)

• 10:00 – 18:00 – Ice Cream House (16.06 – 7.09) near the pool, offering a variety of ice cream, slush, and iced frappes

• 12:30 – 14:30 – Lunch – Main Restaurant “Eden” on the 8th floor

• 18:00 – 22:00 – Dinner – Main Restaurant “Eden” on the 8th floor

Drinks:

• 07:30 – 10:00 – Main Restaurant “Eden” on the 8th floor (Hot drinks, juices, and soft drinks)

• 08:00 – 00:00 – Lobby Bar “Sky” on the 9th floor (Bulgarian and selected imported alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, non-alcoholic and hot drinks)

• 10:00 – 18:00 – Bar “Deep” by the pool (Bulgarian and selected imported alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, non-alcoholic and hot drinks)

• 10:30 – 23:00 – Night Bar “Joy” on the 7th floor (Bulgarian and selected imported alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, non-alcoholic and hot drinks)

• 12:30 – 14:30 and 18:00 – 22:00 – Main Restaurant “Eden” on the 8th floor (Bulgarian and selected imported alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, non-alcoholic and hot drinks)

• 18:00 – 02:00 – Bar in the Game Room (Ultra All-Inclusive drinks available until 23:00. After 23:00, drinks are chargeable)

Guests under 18 years of age are not served alcoholic beverages!

• Late check-out after 11:00 on the day of departure (subject to availability)

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• To use all services from the “Ultra All-Inclusive” package, you must wear the identification wristbands at all times

• Check-in after 15:00; Check-out by 11:00

• The air conditioning in the rooms works only when the balcony door is closed, and the room/safe key is nearby

• For security reasons, please note that when a guest’s key is in the room, housekeeping cannot access the room

• Sunbeds and umbrellas cannot be reserved. Items left unattended for more than 30 minutes on sunbeds and umbrellas will be removed

• Bluetooth speakers, tricycles, skateboards, and balls are not allowed in the indoor areas of the hotel

• Smoking is prohibited in rooms, including the use of electronic devices, as well as in all indoor public areas

• The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items

• In case of lost room key/wristband or beach towel card, a compensatory fee of 20 BGN will be charged

• For security reasons, there are surveillance cameras in all public areas

The hotel management reserves the right to make changes to the operating hours of all facilities at its discretion and at any time.
